How Click & Collect works
- Reserve online. A ring-fenced allocation of shop stock is set aside for web orders, so what you reserve is held for you.
- We pick and pack. Orders are prepared for collection by 3pm on the next working day.
- Collect in store. Come to the collection point with your order reference — we'll have it picked and packed.
Fresh & chilled
Fresh meat, chilled and other temperature-sensitive lines are marked Collection Only. They can be reserved online for in-store collection, but they're excluded from home delivery so the cold chain is never at risk.
